All our jewelry is delivered to you insured, with standard free shipping. Adult signature confirmation is required to receive the package.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after we have received the credit card authorization form signed, on Cuban links and custom orders allow up to 2-3 weeks for handcraft process.
The customer is responsible for the item(s) after the package is delivered.
Return policy
All sales are final. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order you may exchange the unused item within the first 7 days, starting from the arrival day. Contact us by email to our sales department for intructions sales@ebyjewelry.com. Note if there is any sign of wear or tear a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

On custom or modified/ sized items there is no exchange.
