How does your Lifetime Warranty work?
All of our jewelry will be free of manufacturing defects. In the case that any defect is detected you may return the item to our store for inspection . If we determine that it is due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the item if we deem appropriate. If the exact item isn’t available we may, in its discretion replace it with like kind but no refund will be issued.
If we determine that is not a manufacturing defect and is a normal wear tear ,we will contact you to let you know the repair cost or otherwise. Please note that slight irregularities and natural characteristics in gemstones are unique and are part of it and are not considered as manufacturing defects.
Conditions and exclusions
Maintenance and repair made by other than Eby Jewelry INC. will void your warranty. Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. We do not provide warranty to damage due to normal wear tear product loss or theft.
Common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects are:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals ,like swimming pools
- Due to normal wear – worn out prongs, may occur, lost stones, dark welding marks that will require maintenance restoration work.
